The VOCIC team achieved great success at the FIME 2024 exhibition . The Z21 rollator and AX12 toilet lifts attracted great interest and received much praise at this exhibition.
At FIME, dozens of U.S. distributors visited the VOCIC booth to exchange information and discuss distribution opportunities. In addition, the VOCIC team also connected with distributors from other countries, including Canada, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Colombia, Israel, and Costa Rica, to share industry insights and product experiences. Both sides reached agreement on future cooperation.

For example, a local US renovation company reached an agreement with us for our AX07 bathtub chairs and AX12 toilet lifts. "This bathtub lift can not only help users bathe, but also serve as a floor lift to support people who have fallen. The price is very reasonable, and the value of the chair clearly exceeds its cost. This is a very creative idea."

At the same time, VOCIC also received some suggestions for product improvement. For example, users showed great interest in the adjustable seat height of the Z21 rollator, but wanted more accessory options such as cup holders and umbrellas, as well as a higher adjustable height. The VOCIC team recorded all the feedback and shared it with the product department. These valuable suggestions will be taken into account in the upcoming product upgrades.

During the exhibition, VOCIC actively contacted distributors from across the country to share industry experiences and medical technologies and better understand industry trends.
We had meaningful conversations with channel partners from Canada, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Colombia, Israel, Costa Rica and many other countries. These conversations covered industry trends, user requirements and the unique challenges of each market and paved the way for future collaborations.
“At this FIME show we had more visitors to our booth than ever before. I believe there will be even more at the German show in September and we look forward to even more distributors contacting us,” said Martin.
