General Shipping Conditions
- If you order before 1:00 PM standard time during normal business hours, VOCIC orders will be shipped the same business day. Items are typically delivered within 1-10 business days.
- Each page shows the current lead time for the main items, as well as any differing lead times for individual options and accessories. If you would like to order backordered items, options or accessories, please check your email for order updates.
- Germany is free of shipping costs.

shipment tracking
- We will send you an email with a tracking number immediately after your order is shipped, which you can use to track your shipment. If your tracking number does not produce any results, please wait a few hours for the carrier to update the status and then check again.
- Depending on stock availability, your order may be delivered in multiple packages on different dates. We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered in full at the same time, but some accessories may be shipped separately from the desk.
- If you would like to provide personalized delivery instructions, select delivery time and date, or reserve/redirect packages, please contact us.
- Most orders are shipped via (DHL&DPD), but very large items or bulk orders are shipped via freight forwarding.
customs duties and import sales tax
- VOCIC can be shipped to many places around the world.
- For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees and import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please ask your local customs office for this information. You are responsible for these fees.
Important NOTE
- It is not possible for the buyer to collect the goods themselves.
- What if you are not at home at the time of delivery? In this case, the package will either be left with your neighbor or the shipment will be ready for collection from the delivery person. After your package has been dispatched, you will receive the package number by email so that you always know where your shipment is. If the order is to be delivered by a courier, a delivery date will be agreed with you by telephone.
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Although shipping damage and/or loss of items is unlikely, the VOCIC service may notify the carrier within 3-5 business days if they are discovered. e.g.,
- If you notice water stains, creases, cracks or damage to the product itself.
- Please pay attention to any damaged and/or missing items on the delivery note when signing.
